What's a Bot?

Bots, short for chatterbots, are programs that chat with humans using natural language, and may provide services, word games, or just carry on conversation. There are a veriety of chatterbots on the Internet, using a variety of different A.I. techniques that give them their intelligence and chatting ability.

On this site, we focus on chatterbots that use the RiveScript program for their artificial intelligence.
